Natural Remedy for Kidney Stones

You will need:

2 oz Olive Oil
2 oz Lemon Juice
2 Glasses of 12 oz Purfied Water
Juice from 1\2 raw lemon
1 Tbls Apple Cider Vinegar

Mix 2 oz Olive Oil with 2 oz Lemon Juice. Drink Mixture and follow with 1 glass of 12 oz water.

Wait 30 Minutes.......

Mix Juice from 1 Lemon and 1 Tbls Apple Cider Vinegar in 1 glass 12 oz water. Drink water mixture.

Repeat Lemon and Apple Cider Vinegar mixture every hour until symptoms improve.




Using Raw Honey as a Medicine

I LOVE raw honey! We use raw honey in our house daily. Raw Honey has natural antibotics in it so it's has multiple uses. I'm going to list below what my family uses raw honey for. We buy our raw honey local from the farmers market. You can probably find someone in your area that makes raw honey by using a google search. You could also try stopping by the farmers market in your area to see if they sell it.

Uses:

Colds, allergies, sore throat, cough, runny nose. Take a teaspoon of honey a day to fight off colds and allergies. We use honey instead of cold medicines. Stay tuned this winter for a great honey tea recipie for sore throats and cough.

Antibotic ointment for cuts and burns. Because honey has natural antibiotics, it's great to apply to cuts and burns for a faster more healthy healing. Just a little dab will do.

Acne, Pimples, Age Spots, Wrinkles and Scars. We use honey as a beauty aid as well. Applying a honey mask once or twice a week to your face will improve your complexion. Here is a recipie for a natural honey mask that will make an immediate difference in your skin:

You will need:

1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

Directions:

Add both ingredients to a microwavable bowl, stir and then microwave for 5 seconds. Let stand 1-3 minutes. Wash your face with warm water and pat dry with towel. Gently massage the honey mask onto your face using your fingers. Wait 20 minutes.... Rinse the mask off of your face and pat dry with towel. Caution: This mask is sticky so you may want to wear an old shirt and girls definately pull your hair back.
