Disability Self Defense
I have had a scare lately with someone creeping around my house. So far the police have been called twice. I am now getting ready for some disability self defense 101. And maybe a gun... Not liking that idea though. Just wondering if anyone has information regarding self defense classes for wheelchair users. If so, please comment. I will also post an update when I have successfully completed training. Stay tuned...
