This is How Wheelchair Athletes Really Prepare for Competition! Love it!
Ahh the memories! When I came across this video I began to think about the days when I played wheelchair basketball. As a teenager in high school I got involved in wheelchair sports to boost my self confidence. I wasn't aware that wheelchair sports would change my life forever. I meet an amazing group of people who never let a disability overcome them. I played wheelchair basketball for 3 years. My team was made up of boys and girls between the ages of 13 to 17. When we played on the court we were competitive and fierce. When we were off the courts we were acting a fool and getting into mischeif. Joining a wheelchair sports team was one of the best moves I have ever made. Those are good times that I will never forget. I love this video because it shows how wheelchair athletes can let loose and have a great time together as a team. I hope you enjoy!
